Cheesy Fruit 'n' Nut Spread

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon brandy (apple flavored brandy)
- 1 package (8 ounce) neufchatel cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup chopped dried apple (chunks)
- 1/4 cup pecan nuts (toasted and chopped)
How to Make

Step 1: Gradually add honey and brandy to neufchatel cheese, mixing till well blended.

Step 2: Stir in apples and pecans.

Step 3: Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes.

Step 4: Serve with apple and pear slices (any fruit) and assorted crackers.

Step 5: Makes 1 3/4 cups.
