Step 1: Preheat broiler.
Step 2: Mix together stuffing mix & hot water..Let it stand 5 minutes.
Step 3: Remove stems from mushrooms, Chop stems.
Step 4: Cook caps top side in the pan with 3 tbsp butter or margerine.
Step 5: Cook until lightly browned. Arrange in an oven proof pan open side up.
Step 6: Add stems to fry pan, cook & stir until tender.
Step 7: Mix the stems with the stuffing mix.
Step 8: Fill caps with the stuffing.
Step 9: Drizzle with 2 tbsp butter or margerine.
Step 10: Broil 5-7 inches from the heat for 5 minutes or until heated through.
