Step 1: Preheat oven to 375F; spray a shallow baking dish with cooking spray.
Step 2: In a bowl, combine artichoke hearts, Parmesan, mayonnaise and garlic.
Step 3: Place chicken breast halves in prepared baking dish, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and spread each with 1/4 of the artichoke mixture.
Step 4: Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes or until juice run clear when chicken is pierced.
