Step 1: Heat the oil in a skillet and lightly brown the onions
Step 2: Pour in the broth and cook until the broth is reduced and the onions are still slightly undercooked - 4 minutes.
Step 3: Add butter and mushrooms to the pan, stir fry until the mushrooms are browned.
Step 4: Add peas, Cover and heat through. Season with salt and pepper Serve
