Step 1: Mix all ingredients (not serving ingredients) together thoroughly in a large bowl
Step 2: Place in a greased and lined 18x28cm slice tin
Step 3: Bake in a moderate oven 180°C (160°C fan-forced) for approximately 30-40 minutes
Step 4: When cooked sprinkle with the cinnamon and sugar mixed together.
Step 5: To serve: Drizzle with Thickened Cream, Ice Cream or Custard and sprinkle with some extra cinnamon sugar.
