Maple Orange Glaze

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup (use a quality "real" maple syrup, it really makes a difference)
- 2 teaspoons orange marmalade
- 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
How to Make

Step 1: Mix everything together and refrigerate until ready to use. I like to reheat the glaze up in the microwave before using so it is easier to brush on. This recipe will glaze 2-3 hens depending on how much glaze you want on the bird.
