Step 1: Form 4 Patties from the ground meat.
Step 2: Heat a skillet over medium heat lightly sprayed with oil.
Step 3: Fry the patties until nicely brown and cooked through (about 5 minutes per side).
Step 4: While the patties are cooking in another pan, over medium heat, add oil, the peppers and onions, cover.
Step 5: Stir often, cook until wilted and soft (8-10 minutes).
Step 6: Add wine and honey.
Step 7: Cook stirring (about 2 minutes).
Step 8: Season with Salt & pepper.
Step 9: Place patties on toasted bottom of the buns, top with peppers & onions.
