Step 1: Spray a lrg skillet w/non-stick cooking spray & heat over med heat (Butter-flavored would be nice if available - Your option).
Step 2: Place the 1st tortilla in the bottom of the skillet & top with 1/2 cup cheese, 1 cup turkey, 1/4 cup cranberry sauce, 1/8 cup sage (See note on Ingredient List), another 1/2 cup cheese & the 2nd wrap. Grill for about 5 min on ea side or until cheese is melted & all ingredients are warmed.
Step 3: Take off the heat, cut into 4 wedge sections & keep warm while you repeat w/the other ingredients to make a 2nd quesadilla.
