Step 1: Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Step 2: Cut in the shortening. You can use a pastry blender, however, I find it easier to just use my hands to get it mixed in really well.
Step 3: Store in an airtight container.
Step 4: Use the same as you would use Bisquick in a recipe.
