Step 1: Preheat the oven to 400.
Step 2: Grind salt, dill seeds, coriander seeds, garlic powder, onion powder and paprika in a mortar. Rub it under and over the chicken skin.place the sage and rosemary under the skin too. Roast skin side down for 20 minutes.
Step 3: Turn and continue to roast for 15 minutes. Let it sit a few minutes before eating. Just enough time to take the picture ;)
