Step 1: Cook frozen mashed potatoes according to the package directions.
Step 2: Melt butter in a large skillet ov er medium heat. Add sliced kale and green onions; saute 1 minute. Stir in milk and pepper until warm.
Step 3: Add the kale mixture to the potatoes; stir to combine. Add more butter if desired.
