Ingredients
- 250 grams ricotta cheese (fresh)
- 1/2 tablespoon icing sugar (add 1 tablespoon if you like it sweet)
- Fruit slices (4 thick slices fruit, or raisin bread)
- 6 plump ripe (114 grams) figs, sliced
- 1/4 cup pecan nuts (or walnuts, chopped)
- Honey, for drizzling
How to Make

Step 1: Beat ricotta and icing sugar in a bowl until smooth and creamy.

Step 2: Toast the bread and then thickly spread the toast with ricotta.

Step 3: Place on serving plates.

Step 4: Arrange the sliced figs on the ricotta toasts, sprinkle with nuts, drizzle with honey and serve.
