Step 1: Cut 8 thin slices from the lemons.
Step 2: Squeeze 2 tablespoon of juice from remainder of the lemons. Put juice in a bowl.
Step 3: Mash the minced garlic with the salt & 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.
Step 4: Add sugar, mash together well..Whisk in the oil.
Step 5: Toss each slice of lemon with 1/2 tablespoon of garlic/oil dressing.
Step 6: Brush the bread slices with the remaining 2 tablespoons oil.
Step 7: In a large skillet over medium heat fry the bread, fry the cheese & lemon slices.
Step 8: Turn once to cook both sides of the bread, cheese & lemon slices.
Step 9: When you turn the cheese use a metal spatula to scrape under the cheese to loosen before turning.
Step 10: Serve with the lemon slices along side the cheese.
Step 11: Suck on the lemon slices they are so tart & good.
