Big Breakfast Biscuit Sandwich

Ingredients
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 1 1/2 ounces Spam (finely chopped, or 1 tablespoon any other cooked breakfast meat)
- 1 tablespoon sharp cheddar cheese, shredded (optional)
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter (or 2 tablespoons margarine)
- 1/4 cup water
How to Make

Step 1: Mix together egg,SPAM( or other meat )cheese,and pepper and set aside.

Step 2: In a non-stick skillet melt margarine over medium heat.

Step 3: Spray canning ring with cooking spray.

Step 4: Place ring in skillet,pour egg/mixture into ring ( there will be a little leakage ).

Step 5: Let cook for about 3 minutes,pour water around ring.

Step 6: Cover with lid and let cook for about 5 minutes.

Step 7: Remove lid and turn egg and ring over,and cover with lid and finish cooking (about 3 minutes).
