Step 1: Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add flour, whisk for 2 minutes. Whisk in remaining ingredients. Reduce heat to low and simmer 15 minutes, adjusting spices base on your taste.
Step 2: Use right away or Cool and refrigerate for up to two weeks (this sauce is better when made a day ahead).
