Step 1: Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium high heat and add chicken and cook stirring for 2 to 3 minutes or until lightly browned.
Step 2: Add Chicken Tonight Creamy Mushroom Simmer Sauce and bring to the boil and then reduce heat to low and cover and simmer stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes.
Step 3: Add the beans and simmer, uncovered for 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
Step 4: Meanwhile, preheat grill/broiler on medium high.
Step 5: Process bread in a food process until coarse breadcrumbs form and add the butter and half the chives and process until just combined.
Step 6: Stir in the remaining chives into the chicken mixture and the spoon into a 6 cup (1.5L) ovenproof dish and sprinkle with the breadcrumb mixture.
Step 7: Cook un grill/broil for 2 to 3 minutes or until golden.
Step 8: Serve with steamed vegetables.
