Ingredients
- 1/2 cup aloe vera gel
- 1/8 cup vegetable glycerin
- Essential oils, such as peppermint, lavender or frankincense: a few drops.
How to Make

Step 1: Combine the ingredients, stirring well, and store in a glass jar with a screw top lid. (I put it in a baby food jar.)

Step 2: To use, apply a SMALL dab to clean, damp skin and gently massage in. A little goes a long way. It will last forever, kept in your bathroom.
