Step 1: Grease a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan.
Step 2: In a bowl place the breads and then pour 1 cup of water over - let soak 5 minutes; drain off excess water. Mash bread with a fork. Add the next 7 ingredients (- pepper) and mix well to combine. Transfer to prepared loaf pan -- can be prepared 6 hours ahead and chilled.
Step 3: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Step 4: Bake for 30 minutes. Pour tomato sauce over and sprinkle with oregano. Bake 20 more minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
