Step 1: Combine all the ingredients in a bowl or baking dish large enough to hold the pork chops in a single layer.
Step 2: Add the chops to the marinade, turning to coat well, and marinate for 1 hour at room temperature or longer if storing in the refrigerator.
Step 3: Prepare a medium-hot fire in a grill or preheat a ridged grill pan over medium heat.
Step 4: Remove the pork from the marinade and pat dry with paper towels.
Step 5: Grill the pork, turning once, until just cooked through, 12 -15 minutes; the internal temperature should reach 150-degrees on an instant-read thermometer.
Step 6: Let the pork rest for 5 minutes before serving.
