Step 1: Gently mix the first 9 ingredients (Ground beef to Pepper).
Step 2: Shape into 4 3/4" patties.
Step 3: Press patties into the flour to lightly coat both sides.
Step 4: In a large non-stick skillet cook burgers over medium heat for about 4-5 minutes each side, Internal temp should read 160f.
Step 5: Layer bun bottoms with lettuce, burger, salad dressing, onion & tomato slices.
Step 6: Replace bun tops.
