Step 1: In a large skillet, bring water, condensed soup and butter to a boil. Add Kielbasa and rice, stirring to combine. Cover and cook over low heat for 20 minutes.
Step 2: Stir in frozen peas and mushrooms, add salt and pepper; cover and continue to cook for 15 minutes more. Remove from heat, sprinkle with cheese and cover until it's melted. Serve immediately.
