Ingredients
- 14 tablespoons granulated sugar (equals about 1 C, minus 2 T)
- 1 egg white
- Salt, pinch of
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1 tablespoons white corn syrup
- 2 tablespoons water (cold)
- 6 large (42 grams) marshmallows (chopped)

Step 1: Beat all but marshmallows together for 7 minutes. At end mix in marshmallow pieces.
