Step 1: Gently mix together the pork, cumin, oregano, seasoned salt, chili powder.
Step 2: Form into 4 patties 1/2 inch thick.
Step 3: Season with salt & pepper.
Step 4: Fry patties on a lightly oiled skillet over medium high heat. Flip after apprx 6 minutes.
Step 5: Add a slice of cheese to each pattie about 2 minutes before finished cooking.
Step 6: Cover pan with a lid.
Step 7: Place a pattie on each toasted bun,add salsa, onion slice & lettuce.
