Ingredients
- 4 green chillies peppers (seeded if desired, coarsely chopped. long peppers)
- 1 lemongrass stalk, coarsely chopped
- 1 shallot, coarsely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, coarsely chopped
- 1 tablespoon ginger, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup coriander springs (about 10 grams)
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves (about 10 grams)
- 1/2 cup oil (canola oil, 60ml)
- 2 tablespoon fish sauce
How to Make

Step 1: Process all the ingredients in a food process or blender until pureed as fine as possible, stop to scrape sides down occasionally.
