Step 1: Boil potatoes cooking until tender.
Step 2: If you desire to have carrot in your salad add a couple of peeled carrots halfway through the potato cooking process. Allow the potatoes, eggs, and carrots (allow to cool before dicing into bite sized pieces and placing in a bowl).
Step 3: Add chopped corned beef, onions, chopped dill pickle and green peas.
Step 4: Combine the mayonnaise and sour cream together; add to salad. Stir all together until well blended. Season with salt and pepper, garnish with dill weed.
