Step 1: Place sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, hemp hearts, chia seeds, 1/4 cup coconut and cocoa powder on a food processor.
Step 2: Process for about 20 seconds to grind everything
Step 3: Add in almond butter , coconut oil, and honey. Process until mixture forms a ball and all the ingredients are blended well
Step 4: Form mixture into 1 inch balls and roll into the remaining coconut to coat
Step 5: Place on a cookie sheet and refrigerate for an hour before serving. You can freeze them after this step in a ziplock back.
