Step 1: Scoop the pulp from the avocado into a med bowl & mash until very smooth. Combine w/the remaining ingredients thru the minced green onion. Add salt & pepper to taste. Serve immediately or cover & chill up to 1 dy. Stir well B4 serving.
Step 2: Combine all ingredients thru the minced jalapeño pepper (if using). Add salt & pepper to taste. Serve immediately or cover & chill up to 3 dys. Stir well B4 serving.
Step 3: Combine all ingredients thru the ginger. Add salt & pepper to taste. Serve immediately or cover & chill up to 3 dys. Stir well B4 serving.
