Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds turnips (6 turnips, peeled, quartered)
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon caraway
- FOR CASSEROLE
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/8 teaspoon basil
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- FOR TOPPING
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 3 tablespoons butter
How to Make

Step 1: Boil the turnip mixture. Drain then add to the sour cream mixture.

Step 2: Pour into greased Pam sprayed casserole.

Step 3: Top with crumb mixture.

Step 4: Bake 20 minutes in 400 degree oven until browned and bubbly.
