Step 1: Combine the first 9 ingredients , using your hands mix well. Form mixture into 4 equal patties about one half inch thick.
Step 2: In a large frypan, heat olive oil over high heat; add burger patties brown on both side, about 5 minutes, reduce heat to medium, Cover and cook approximately 10 minutes or until no longer pink inside. Remove patties to a plate, cover with foil and keep hot. Return heat to high; add beef broth and liquid broth concentrate if using, whisk together picking up bits from frypan bottom, bring to boil, simmer 2 or 3 minutes. Meanwhile whisk together cold beef broth and cornstarch; add cornstarch mix to frypan, cook and stir until thickened.
Step 3: Return burger patties to frypan; spoon gravy over them and heat through, about 10 minutes. (if gravy thickens more than you want, add a little beef broth a little at a time as needed.
