Ingredients
- 1 large egg
- Pepper, dash
- 1 (1 ounce) slice American cheese
- 1 beef (1 ounce) hot dog
- 2 (2 ounces) sliced bread (toasted)
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- Lettuce leaf (1 leaf)
- Tomato slice (1 slice)
- 1 teaspoon bacon grease
How to Make

Step 1: Heat bacon grease in skillet.

Step 2: Cut hot dog in half, then place cut side down in skillet. Cook until browned, then turn over.

Step 3: Add egg breaking yolk.

Step 4: Season, cook until done flip.
