- Lettuce leaves (8 leaves)
- FOR DRESSING
- 2 ounces Greek yogurt (1/4 cup)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon parsley, minced
- Pepper, pinch
- FOR SALAD
- 250 grams cooked boneless chicken breast (chopped, 2 cups)
- 1 celery rib, shaved
- 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/4 cup apple, diced
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
