Step 1: Prior to making dish, fry bacon til crisp and then drain off grease. Pat dry with paper towel. Chop into small pieces and set aside.
Step 2: Peel skin off of peach and remove flesh. Dice peach flesh into small cubes.
Step 3: Remove avocado flesh and scoop into a bowl. Mix in the diced peach and onion.
Step 4: Mix in the reserved bacon and combine well. Serve with tortilla chips.
