Step 1: In a small bowl set over a pot of hot water, combine the chocolate, cream and coffee and allow to melt (this can also be done in the microwave on medium power).
Step 2: Add the softened butter, cocoa powder, the brandy and vanilla and mix well and the chill until the mix firms up.
Step 3: Shape spoonfulls of the mixture with your hands and roll in the cocoa powder.
Step 4: Serve in small chocolate paper cases or piled into a pyramid.
