1 cup tomato sauce (or crushed tomatoes packed in tomato puree)
2 tablespoons chili powder
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon fresh garlic clove, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
How to Make
Step 1:
Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan; mix well. Heat until sauce comes to a boil, stirring constantly. Simmer 1 minute. Use immediately or cool and store in refrigerator for future use.
