Step 1: Cut chicken into strips or chunks and lightly brown in oil over med-high heat.
Step 2: Mix together the next 10 ingredients (I use a shaker cup)
Step 3: When the chicken starts to brown a bit, pour in sauce and turn up the heat.
Step 4: When the sauce has come to a boil, turn down and simmer for about 20 minutes until sauce thickens and meat is cooked through.
