Step 1: Combine the cashew nuts, chick peas, and 5 tablespoons (only) of the reserved chick pea liquid, lemon juice and coriander in a food processor and pulse until smooth (or to your desired consistency).
Step 2: Spoon the mixture into a serving dish and drizzle with a little olive oil.
Step 3: Serve with fresh crusty bread.
