Step 1: Combine the mayo, horseradish mustard, honey, hot sauce and cayenne in a bowl, mix well, cover and place if fridge
Step 2: Mix together turkey meat, chopped onion, jalapeno,BBQ sauce, Worchestershire sauce and steak seasoning. Be gentle mixing it or your burgers will toughen up. Make into 4 patties.
Step 3: Put your oil into a large skillet, high heat and brown the patties for 1 minute, flip the patties, turn heat to medium cover and continue cooking for 5 minutes
Step 4: Flip the patties, cover and continue cooking for another 4 minutes or until the patties are nicely browned and cooked.
Step 5: Place the patties on toasted buns topped with the mustard sauce and slice onions. Add cheese, tomatoes, mushrooms or whatever other condiments you may like
