Ingredients
- 1 can (20 ounce) crushed pineapple (undrained)
- 1 package (3 ounce) instant coconut cream pudding mix
- 1/2 cup flaked coconut
- 1 container (8 ounce) Frozen Whipped Topping (thawed, Cool Whip)
- 3 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 1/3 to 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 to 1/2 cup chopped maraschino cherries (optional)
How to Make

Step 1: Mix crushed pineapple with juice, instant pudding mix and coconut. Fold in Cool Whip.

Step 2: Cream together cream cheese and sugar in separate bowl. Mix in chopped cherries. Fold into pineapple mixture; chill for a few hours.
