Step 1: Combine the water, spices, chilli and ginger in a small saucepan and simmer until reduced by half. Pour in the juice, honey lemon zest and lemon juice, then simmer for 3 minutes, until aromatic.
Step 2: Put the chopped orange pieces in tall glasses, then strain in the orange juice mixture. Serve warm.
