Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2: Grease an 8 x 8 or a 9-inch baking pan (the 8 x 8 pan will give you slightly thicker bars).
Step 3: Add egg and vanilla; beat well.
Step 4: In a bowl combine the flour with graham cracker crumbs, baking powder and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture (set aside 1/2 cup for topping, if you want more topping on top mix in 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs to the reserved crumb mixture).
Step 5: Press remaining mixture into a square baking pan.
Step 6: Place candy bars over crust; spread with marshmallow creme.
Step 7: Crumble remaining graham cracker mixture over top.
Step 8: Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
Step 9: Cool on a wire rack.
Step 10: Cut into bars (store any leftovers in an airtight container, don’t worry these won’t last long!).
