Step 1: Season the pork chops with garlic powder, salt and pepper on each side..
Step 2: Heat some oil in skillet. Add chops and cook until browned. Remove to a plate.
Step 3: To skillet add in onion, cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
Step 4: To the same skillet, add the pineapple chunks with juice, water, soy sauce and honey. Heat to a boil.
Step 5: Add the browned chops back to the skillet. Cook partially covered over low heat for around 20-25 minutes or until the pork chops are tender.
Step 6: Serve with cooked rice, garnish with green onions.
