Step 1: Brown the ground beef with dried onions, onions, bell peppers & minced garlic.
Step 2: Add in cooked elbow noodles and the two cans of RoTel tomatoes,
Step 3: 1 can cheddar cheese soup & cubed Velveeta cheese. Mix together well. Pour into Pam sprayed 9X13 pan.
Step 4: Sprinkle with shredded cheese then bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
