Step 1: In a large skillet, heat oil on medium. Add andouille sausage, onion, green pepper, garlic and Creole seasoning and minced chili pepper. Cook 10 minutes, stirring often. Stir in cooked rice, kidney beans, and tomato paste. Cook 2 minutes or until rice is hot.
Step 2: Sprinkle with sliced green onions. Serve with hot sauce.
