Step 1: Melt butter in the skillet. Add garlic and cook stirring constantly about 1-2 minutes.
Step 2: Stir in chicken broth, heavy cream, Parmesan, basil and lemon zest; season with salt, pepper and cayenne to taste. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer until slightly thickened, about 5 minutes.
