Hominy Salad

Ingredients
- 1 can (15 ounce) hominy (drained, white hominy)
- 1 can (15 ounce) hominy (drained, yellow hominy)
- 1/4 cup chopped green peppers
- 1/4 cup chopped yellow onion
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 1/4 cup pickle relish (drained)
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon celery seeds
- 1 cup grated cheese (or cubed)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise (it said salad dressing, but I like mayo for this one, you choose)
How to Make
