Step 1: Puree strawberries in a blender.
Step 2: In a large sauce pan, combine strawberry puree, lemon juice and sugar.
Step 3: Heat to 165 degrees Fahrenheit, stirring occasionally.
Step 4: Do not allow to boil.
Step 5: Pour into glass bottle or jar and refrigerate.
