Hominy Rotel Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 cans (15 ounce) hominy (don't drain)
- 2 cans (15 ounce) Rotel tomatoes (& chilies)
- 1 pound Velveeta cheese (cubed)
- Liquid smoke (3 drops, go easy on this)
- 1/2 cup chopped yellow onion
- 2 cups corn chips (optional, Fritos)
How to Make

Step 1: Put all in casserole then cover. Bake 40 minutes in 350 degree oven until hot and bubbly.

Step 2: Uncover and top with fritos at last end.
