Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons self-rising flour
- 2 tablespoons caster sugar
- 2 tablespoons oil (vegetable oil)
- 1 tablespoons cocoa powder (sifted)
- 1 tablespoon chocolate hazelnut spread
- 1 large egg (lightly whisked)
- 21 grams marshmallows (3 marshmallows, halved)
- 1 tablespoon hazelnuts (toasted, coarsely chopped)
- 2 tablespoons chocolate fudge sauce
How to Make

Step 1: Whisk flour, sugar, oil, cocoa powder, spread and egg in a 1 1/2 cup microwave safe mug.

Step 2: Microwave on medium (50%) for 1 1/2 minutes or until cake is cooked when a skewer inserted at centre comes out clean and stand for 5 minutes.

Step 3: Serve topped with marshmallows, hazelnuts and chocolate sauce.
