Ingredients
- 2 pounds cabbage (chopped fine)
- 2 carrots, peeled and grated
- 4 green onions, thinly sliced
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 110 grams pecans, coarsely crushed (2/3 cup)
- 1 apple (granny smith ,grated)
- FOR THE DRESSING
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 1 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons cider vinegar
