Strawberry Pie

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds strawberries (1 quart, fresh)
- Pie shell (1 shell, baked)
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 2 tablespoons corn starch
- 1 box (3 ounce) Jello gelatin powder (strawberry)
- Whipped cream
How to Make

Step 1: Wash and stem the strawberries and let them dry on paper towels.

Step 2: Arrange the berries in the pie shell.

Step 3: In a saucepan over medium high heat add the sugar, water and cornstarch and bring to a boil. Take off of heat and stir in jello. Let cool and then pour over the strawberries. Refrigerate until set. Top with whipped cream before serving.
